  • ESL Classes

    The Houston Public Library will be offering free adult ESL (English as a Second Language) classes for parents (of Beneke students only) on Saturdays here at Beneke from               8:30-10:30 a.m. on the following dates:  February 18, March 4, March 25, April 22, and May 6.  If you are interested and can commit to attending on those dates please turn in your registration form by February 10th to the front office.

     

    La biblioteca publica de Houston esta ofreciendo clases gratuitas de ESL (clases para aprender Ingles) para padres (de estudiantes que asisten a Beneke solamente) los sabados aqui en Beneke de 8:30-10:30 a.m. en las siguientes fechas:  18 de febrero, 4 de marzo,     25 de marzo, 22 de abril y 6 de mayo.  Si esta interesado y esta dispuesto a asistir todos esos sabados por favor entrege su forma de registracion a mas tardar el 10 de febrero a la oficina.

    Students who were invited to attend Saturday School for additional support need to come from 8:30-11:30 a.m. on the following dates:

    February 18, March 4, March 25, April 8, April 22, and May 6

     

    Los estudiantes que fueron invitados para recibir apoyo adicional los sabados necesitan venir de 8:30-11:30 a.m. en las siguientes fechas:

    Lunch Applications All households will need to complete a free and reduced-price meal application since state and federal funding are based upon this information. Please complete the application regardless of income. The Child Nutrition Department currently accepts both online and paper applications. Paper applications will be sent home on the first day of school. Online applications are available at https://mealapps.springisd.org/Register.aspx.
