PICTURE DAY FOR REMOTE LEARNERS
Picture Day for our remote learners will be on Monday, November 16th. We are requesting that families use the sign up link below if they would like to have their child photographed. Due to COVID 19 we will adhere to certain precautions and safety guidelines during this event. All students that enter the building will be required to wear a mask. We are using sign up times to control the number of students in the building at one time. We are requesting that families adhere to the time that they sign up for. Late arrivals could cause a student to miss their opportunity to be photographed. Only students will be allowed in the building during this event. Parents/ Guardians will remain in their vehicle. A staff member will be outside to greet our All-Stars to check their temperature and verify that they have a mask. Temperatures must fall within normal range to enter the building. Once a student's photo session is complete, students will be sent back out to parents.
We ask for your patience during this event. Your expected wait time could be 10 to 20 minutes. Completing the picture day form in advance will help the process move more swiftly. You can find this form attached. If you would like a hard copy of the form it will be available in the front office for pick up from 9:00 am- 2:00 pm
The sign up window will begin on 11/09/2020 and close on 11/12/2020.
In order to ensure a strong start to the school year, we need all parents and guardians to complete our annual online student registration as soon as possible by following these steps:
Parents with more than one student in the district will need to complete a separate registration for each child, returning to HAC and repeating the steps for every student.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to complete this important process for their students as soon as possible so campuses can plan appropriately for the upcoming school year and so that students can receive all the information and resources they need to start school remotely on Monday, Aug. 17.
