Home Access Center
Parents, now’s the time to update your contact information in the Home Access Center and be sure that we have an email address linked to your HAC account.
This is very important as we will need an email address to contact you over the summer with your annual student update in preparation for the 2022-23 school year.
Getting access to HAC is easy via the mySpringISD link, found on every campus website, as well as the district website. Parents who aren’t sure of their logon information should contact their school. If you already have your mySpringISD username and password, getting to HAC is just a matter of logging into the portal and then clicking on the Home Access Center icon.
Once in HAC, you can edit your contact information in the demographics section. Again, it’s very important we have an email address listed in your HAC account. If you need more details on how to access HAC or set up an email address, visit www.springisd.org/hac.
The Pre-K Round Up has started and parents who need assistance with registration can contact the front office and ask for Ms. Kelly to schedule a date and time at 281-891-8870.
Student Service Desk
The Spring ISD Technology Department has launched a Student Service Desk that will help students with their Chromebook, Hotspot and Spring ISD portal questions. Parents may also call this line on behalf of their child.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12 Noon

Safety is always our top priority. As we continue to make this a priority, we will not be able to receive anymore phone calls in regards to transportation changes. The front office will only handle transportation changes through email, fax or the parent coming to the campus in person with ID to make the change before 2:45 p.m. We can not make transportation changes after 2:45. You will need to send an email to majortransportationchange@
springisd.org. In the event you send a note the student must make sure they stop at the front desk to give the front office only the note.
Teachers are teaching bell to bell and will not always be able to check emails during instruction time. Transportation changes will only go through the front office.
We are also adding an additional layer to our bus riders by making sure we check them off from the checklist that our staff will have for our scholars getting on buses. Please help us by making sure your scholar knows their bus number or their car rider number. You can also attach it to their backpack.
Remember scholars must be picked up from school between 3:25-3:55.
