Dedicated Service Graduate (DSG) Program

Become a Spring ISD Dedicated Service Graduate!
All high school students can graduate with:
- 120 hours of Community Service
- An honor cord for graduation ceremony
- Recognition during graduation ceremony

Student DSG Application (Must Be Signed By Student & Parent)
To be eligible for the Dedicated Service Graduate Program, the application must be turned in prior to beginning your service hours. Please click on the link below to access the Dedicated Service Graduate Program Application. You will need to print the application and turn it in to your DSG campus coordinator.

Please click on the link below to access the Student Service Verification Form. You will need a copy of this form to take to each community service event. Copies of all completed verification forms, with a Service Summary Cover Sheet, need to be turned in to your DSG campus contact on April 1 of each school year.

Please click on the link below to access the Service Summary Cover Sheet. This cover sheet must be completed and placed on top of the stack of all of your verification forms that you will turn in to your DSG campus coordinator on April 1 of each school year.
