Bus Riders

  • How do I find my Bus Route #?

    1. Visit this website
    2. Type in your address
    3. Select Grade Level
    4. The system will give you a BUS ROUTE # (This is different from the number that is written on the bus. Our school goes by bus route #'s because physical bus numbers may change due to maintenance needs.)

    Things to Remember:

    •  Spring ISD Transportation recommends all students arrive at their designated stop at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time of the bus.
    • It’s important that students maintain social distancing as they wait for their bus and then follow all driver directions once they board.

Transportation Changes

  • Transportation changes must be submitted in writing.

The note can be submitted in the following ways:

    • note sent with child in the morning and given to classroom teacher
    • note given to the front office
    • note sent in an email to Sara Ruiz: sruiz14@springisd.org
    • note WITH SIGNATURE faxed to: 281- 891- 8781
    • We do not take transportation changes over the phone.

ALL changes must be submitted by 2:30 PM.

In order for the front office staff to give their full attention to getting our students home safely, no changes will be made after 2:30 PM and the child will be sent home by his regular means of transportation.

Student Pick Up

    • If you need to pick your student up before dismissal, you must come into the front office and sign out the student by 2:30.

    • After proper identification is made, we will call your student to come to the front office to leave campus.

    • Please remember that per the student handbook, no student is to be released after 2:30 PM

    • While this policy may cause some inconvenience, our number one priority is the safety of all students at Northgate Crossing Elementary.
