Registration Requirements:

• Certified copy of birth certificate or passport

• Current immunization record signed by a physician or physician’s designee

• Proof of residence in Spring ISD (natural gas or electric bill or original lease agreement ONLY)

• Social Security Card (if available; if not the student will be assigned a State ID number)

• Legal guardian’s drivers license or department of transportation ID card (if parent or guardian is not a licensed driver in Texas nor has the person obtained a TXDOT ID card, other photo ID will be considered in combination with a birth certificate)

• Most recent report card / withdrawal form from previous school 

Los requerimientos de inscripción son:

• Copia certificada del acta de nacimiento o pasaporte

• Registro de vacunación firmado por un médico actual o la persona designada.

• Prueba de residencia en Spring ISD (factura de gas natural o electricidad, o contrato de renta)

• Tarjeta de Seguro Social (si está disponible, si no al estudiante se le asignará un número de identificación del Estado)

• Licencia de manejo del guardián legal o tarjeta de identificación del departamento de transportación. Si el padre o guardián no es un conductor con licencia en Texas, o no ha obtenido la identificación de TxDOT, cualquier identificación con foto será considerado en combinación con un certificado de nacimiento.

• El boletín de calificaciones más reciente / formulario de retiro de la escuela anterior
