Mrs. Kimberly Conner
Hello! My name is Kimberly Conner. This is my sixth year at Anderson Elementary and I am so proud to be a gator! I have taught Kindergarten, third grade, fourth grade and first and fifth grade in summer school. I also have served as a substitute teacher all over Spring ISD. I grew up here in Spring and attended Ponderosa Elementary, Wells Middle School and Westfield High School. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.
Before coming to Anderson Elementary, I was a head vet tech and owned my own door business. I also taught Hunters Education for Texas Parks and Wildlife. My husband and I have three beautiful paint horses, Gus, Cody and Jax, and a sweet and very spoiled chihuahua named Charlie. We also adopted two super cute kitties, Gretchen and Toby. We have a very full house!
I am an active member of Lone Star Cowgirls Mounted Drill team. We travel all over Texas and specialize in pre-rodeo entertainment and parades. I also teach horseback riding lessons to children and young adults at a local horse stable. I also serve as the manager of Magnolia 4-H and their horse leader. I am a member of East Texas Search and Rescue and two of my horses are certified rescue horses. I am also an active member in my church. In my spare time I like to trail ride, read, watch movies, go to church and spend time with friends and family. I also enjoy working outside and have recently begun CrossFit. I look forward to meeting you and working with your child this year. It’s going to be a great year!
