Processing Guidelines for Vendor Discounts

  • Vendor Submissions:

    • Vendors interested in listing an employee discount offer on the Spring ISD Employee Discounts Website should complete the online Vendor Discount Request form (link below).
    • Submitted forms will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 school business days:
      • Processing time may be extended if additional information is needed or requested.
    • Once approved, an email will be sent confirming the discount has been approved.
    • Approved vendor discount information will be posted on the Employee Discounts website and communicated to Spring ISD employees.
