Mrs. Linda Hundley (MUSIC)
Welcome back to a new and exciting year, Marshall Marlins! For those of you who I’ve yet to meet, my name is Linda Sue Hundley, and I am one of the “original Marlin Teachers”. I have been at Marshall since the school opened and this is my 35th year of teaching music. My certifications include Orff and Kodaly as well as a smattering of Dalcroze.
I am married to the most amazing husband ever and we now have a new Alusky puppy, named Cherokee Rose.
I love, love, love teaching music and think there is nothing better than the sound of young voices singing in tune. I also like to teach children how to play a variety of instruments and see their accomplishments throughout the year.
Relaxation for me would be reading a really good book, crafting or playing my flute, guitar or ukulele. I look forward to seeing all of my little “Darlin’ Marlins’ that I already know and I can’t wait to meet our new Marlins!
Welcome back to a FABULOUS school year! Get ready for the harvest, Marlins, we are gonna rock this school year!

Mrs. Alivia Hardges-Greene (LIBRARY)
Greetings Marshall Marlins,
My name is Alivia Hardges-Greene and I am the new Library Media Specialist. I am so excited to work with our Marshall scholars this year! My teaching style is high energy and engaging! As everyone says, ‘Reading is Fundamental’ and I’m here to put the ‘FUN’ back in reading. This is my 8th year in education so students should be prepared to be challenged yet nurtured this school year.
I am a mom of 3 little people, Peyton, Brooke and Bryson and I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio. I have a bachelor's degree in communications and a minor in African American Studies, therefore I pride myself on effective communication as well as diversity and inclusion. My hobbies include shopping, traveling and reading.
As a literacy enthusiast, I will expose scholars to books with engaging plots and diverse characters that look like them! The seeds I'll be planting this year are creativity, diversity and inclusion. For engaging read alouds, please visit my YouTube channel ‘Miss Alivia Reads’. Thank you so much for entrusting our campus with your child this year!

Mr. Johnathan Morris (Art)
Welcome Marshall Marlins!
My name is Johnathan Morris. I am a Louisiana native from a town called Shreveport. I graduated with my B.A. in Psychology from LSUS. I moved here to the Spring area in 2018. I am a father of three boys, 12, 8, and 7, who live in Dallas. I have been studying and practicing photography since 2017. I look forward to teaching my students to follow their artistic eye and believe in their ability to create. I believe every child is an artist, because art is life and experience. I look forward to watching the seeds of our future grow!
My planning period is 7:30-8:20 am. I am available for conferences all weekdays during my planning periods for conferences, with the exception of Tuesday.

Mrs. Lacy Curry (PE)
Hi, I am Coach Curry. I am so excited to be starting my 4th year as the PE coach at Marshall. I am a small town (VERY SMALL) West Texas girl. My childhood included a lot of basketball, working cattle, rodeos, volleyball, barrel racing, four wheelers, forts, cross country, tennis, track, and a lot of love. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002. WRECK'EM TECH!!! This will be year 21 of teaching (9th at Marshall). I live in Spring with my husband and our two boys; a 13 year old baseball star and an 8 year old who is a 3rd grade Marlin. When I am not at school, I can most likely be found at one of my favorite places: home in my pool with my family, my church or at a baseball park near you cheering on my favorite guys! I love the Lord, my family, my friends, sports, games, and MARLINS! I'm looking forward to an awesome year!
