To all our Spring ISD families, a warm and joyful welcome to the 2023-24 school year! Summer has flown by, and all of us here at Spring ISD are excited to welcome students back for the start of the new school year.
From our neighborhood campuses – featuring a variety of specialty programs and career pathways – to our growing selection of award-winning schools of choice, Spring ISD brings you the best in public education offerings, ready to meet the needs of each and every scholar in our district.
The theme we’re focusing on this year is The Power of You – the power of each member of our community to accomplish great things and make a difference in the lives of others.
Students can’t learn if they aren’t in class, so being in attendance every day is critical to success. Spring ISD policy, in alignment with state attendance laws, requires students to be in attendance for at least 90 percent of the time a class is in session to receive credit.
We have nurses on every campus to triage any emergency situations and to administer medicines. They also work with parents to ensure all of our students are up-to-date on their required vaccinations and have the information they need to make decisions about recommended vaccines.
Healthy food fuels better learning for students. For the 2023-24 school year, Spring ISD will offer free breakfast and free lunch to ALL students in every school, along with free supper to students involved in after-school programs at many of our campuses.
