For Technology assistance, you should contact the Service Desk by calling 281-891-6357. Service Desk hours are Monday through Friday 7AM - 5PM.  You can also click below to enter a work order request in Service Now.

  • What is ServiceNow?  It is the new Spring ISD ticketing tool for requesting assistance from the Technology Department.  The new tool will allow Technology Team members to better manage incident (break/fix) and service requests (I need technology) tickets.  The data from these tickets can then be used to track technology performance metrics to ensure customer needs are met.


    • If you need something fixed (my computer stopped working) - submit an Incident Ticket

    • If you need something from Technology (new telephone installation) - submit a Service Request Ticket

    Remember a ticket is necessary for all Technology assistance requests!
