By May 2023, Workforce Development will have established a video archive of instructional support and a pool of pedagogical tools for on-demand access for all teachers and staff, addressing the needs of 500+ teachers with zero years of experience.
By May 2023, Workforce Development will facilitate on-campus, half-day learning sessions to support instructional and pedagogical practice, increasing student engagement by 20% as evidenced by T-TESS Dimension 1.4 BOY and EOY walkthroughs.
