Dr. Monique Lewis

Executive Director of Workforce Development

Monique Lewis serves as the Executive Director of WorkForce Development where she provides an adult learning environment for campus-based and campus-support personnel that allows district employees of diverse backgrounds and experiences to excel and achieve.  Additionally, she manages the directors and professional development facilitators as they design, develop, facilitate and deliver professional development training in the areas of core content knowledge development, lesson planning, instructional delivery, classroom environment and data action planning to teachers and administrators in order to increase student learning, progress and achievement.

As an educator for 25 years, she most recently served as Director of Learning Recovery in GalvestonISD.  Dr. Lewis served as a Turnaround Principal for 11 years previously in HoustonISD, New York City Department of Education, KIPP, Success Academy and now SpringISD.  Dr. Lewis is a graduate of Texas State University (Bachelor of Arts in Journalism), Columbia University New York City (Masters in School Administrations and Organization) and Houston Baptist University (Doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership).

Tiffany Weston

Director of Teacher Leadership Development

Tiffany Weston serves as Director of Teacher Leadership Development, which guides the implementation of training and growing our teachers to become effective leaders in the classroom and beyond. As an educator for 25 years, she has most recently served since 2014 as Principal at Jenkins Elementary School. She has held previous roles in Spring ISD as a Math Instructional Specialist at Clark Intermediate and as Assistant Principal at Heritage Elementary School.  Tiffany is a graduate of Louisiana State University (BS in Education) and Lamar University (MEd in Educational Leadership).

Natasha Tillman

Project Director of Opportunity Culture & pantherTERM Site Supervisor

Natasha Tillman rejoins Spring ISD from Houston ISD where she most recently served as a Senior Program Specialist. Prior to that, she served in various roles in Spring ISD, including team lead at Bammel Middle and math instructional specialist at Roberson Middle. With over 21 years of experience as an educator, she is committed to the continuous growth and leadership development of all teachers in Spring ISD. Tillman earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Southern University A&M College.

Galicia Granados

Professional Development Facilitator

Galicia Granados is a dedicated and goal-driven Professional Development Facilitator with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every learner, every student, every educator.  During her 15 years in education, she has served as a dual language teacher, new teacher mentor, team leader, and math instructional coach. In addition to serving others in Spring ISD, Galicia spends her free time enjoying the company of her family and friends as well as earning a Master of Education degree. #lifelonglearning

Chevelle Polk

Professional Development Facilitator

During her 17 years as an educator, Chevelle Polk, has served as a First - Third Grade Teacher, Literacy Coach, Digital Learning Coach, and Family Engagement Liaison.  This year, she joined the Workforce Development Office as a Professional Development Facilitator. Chevelle began her educational career right here in the Spring Independent School District.  She is a proud alumnus as she attended Link Elementary, Wells Middle School, and Westfield High School.  Chevelle continued her education and graduated from Lamar University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and later earned her M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas.

Cherry Wilcots

Professional Development Facilitator

Cherry Wilcots serves as a Professional Development Facilitator who provides professional learning to new instructional staff and district personnel.  As an educator for more than nine years, she served as a classroom teacher at Clark Intermediate, Kipp Public Schools, and Harrison Elementary (Roselle, New Jersey).  She also served as a board member for Elizabeth Public Schools.  Cherry is a graduate of Kean University in Union, New Jersey (BA in Elementary Education) and University of St. Thomas (M.Ed in Educational Leadership).  She enjoys spending time with family, reading, and watching tennis.

Heather Woolford

Professional Development Facilitator

Heather Woolford has served as an educator for over 25 years. Before joining Workforce Development as a Professional Development Facilitator, she was a classroom teacher and math coach. Heather is a graduate of Lamar University with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies and a M.Ed. in Teacher Leadership. She enjoys taking care of her family and watching football.

Lorraine Rosales

Executive Secretary

Lorriane Rosales serves as the executive secretary for Workforce Development. She has 15 years of service with Spring ISD. She worked at Hirsch Elementary as a paraprofessional with PPCD. She then moved into the roles of receptionist, registrar and special education secretary. In her free time she enjoys baking, music and spending time with family.

Anna Vera

Receptionist

Anna Vera serves as the Receptionist at Workforce Development. Before joining Spring ISD this year, she served as an Administrative Receptionist for over 19 years, which she loves and truly believes that you only get one chance to make a good impression! Anna enjoys gardening, swimming, going on road trips and, most of all, family time.
