• Financial Responsibilities

    7th and 8th Grade:

    MANDATORY

     

    Fall Choir Fee: $25.00(new to choir/needs new shirt) OR $15.00(returning students with shirt)

    This fee covers the dry cleaning and alteration of the formal uniforms.  It also covers the choir shirt, and supplies used by the student in the classroom on a daily basis. The choir shirt is the informal uniform, which will be worn by students at many events. Students will be able to use the same shirt for all three years in choir.

    Due:  BEFORE SPRING BREAK (this allows us time to make note of their payment and allows them to be clear for this specific item for the end of year triop-other requirements exist)

     

    OPTIONAL/ SUGGESTED

     

    Solo & Ensemble Fee: TBA 

    Students who perform well on their solo test will be invited to perform their solo at the Spring ISD Solo and Ensemble Contest. This fee covers the cost of the judges and use of facilities.

    Region Choir Fee: TBA

    Advanced students may choose to audition for the Region Choir. To make the Region Choir is the highest honor a singer can achieve as a solo singer. This fee is set by the Region to cover costs of judges and the use of facility.  The choral program will pay for this however if the student does not participate for any reason the fee must be repaid.

    Six Flags Spring Trip: TBA

    The 7th and 8th graders will be taking a trip to Schlitterbahn Galveston. Parents will receive a letter closer to the trip date with all details laid out. Students who do not attend concerts will not be allowed to participate.

    All socials are optional and will be announced throughout the year.  Check your calendar to see dates and events.  The payment will be collected at the time of the social, if necessary.

    This fee covers all materials that your student will be receiving from the Dueitt Eagle Choir Program. It also covers the choir shirt. The choir shirt is the informal uniform, which will be worn by students at many events. Students will be able to use the same shirt for several years, as long as it still fits.

    Due:  BEFORE SPRING BREAK (this allows us time to make note of their payment and allows them to be clear for this specific item for the end of year triop-other requirements exist)
