Virtual Learning Program Student Ambassadors will serve as positive student leaders and VLP representatives providing information to perspective students, parents, and various other interested guests.
To serve as a spokesperson for the Virtual Learning Program promoting the beneficial aspects of the program, the opportunities provided, and the general concepts of the program.
To represent and promote the Virtual Learning Program at a variety of events throughout the year, such as New Student Orientation, Open House, Course Selection Meetings for Parents and Students, Carl Wunsche 9th Grade Tours, and other promotional events.
Attend training sessions prior to participation and periodically throughout the school year to share information and prepare for upcoming events.
Eligible students must be enrolled in the Virtual Learning Program during the current school year and be in good standing (passing grades, acceptable conduct marks, and acceptable behavior). Students in grades 7-12 are eligible for selection.
Active participation is expected. Students may volunteer to participate in events during the school day, before and after school, during the evening, and on weekends.
