Spring Leadership Academy is the new school of choice in Spring ISD for current 5th, 6th and 7th grade students.  The focus of SLA is to develop young women and men into leaders that possess a wide-range of critical skills that empower them to compete globally for a lifetime. 

21st century students must possess the ability to adapt quickly to environments that are constantly evolving.  Due to the changing nature of work, as well as new and emerging technology, many future occupations will require skills that are not considered crucial to jobs today.
