    Visiting Hirsch Elementary  / Visitando la Primaria Hirsch

    We love to have visitors here at Hirsch! In order to ensure the safety of all of our students and staff, we ask you to follow the following guidlines. To find a map to Hirsch please click here.

    ¡Nos encanta tener visitantes aquí en Hirsch! Con el fin de garantizar la seguridad de todos nuestros estudiantes y personal, le pedimos que siga las siguientes pautas. Para encontrar un mapa de Hirsch, haga clic aquí.

     

    When You Visit Our School

    1.All visitors must enter and exit through the front doors.  Visitors must then report to the front office to get their visitor's badge.

    2. Visitors must have a valid drivers's license or state i.d. to visit our campus. Please be prepared to present your photo i.d. It will be used to produce an instant visitor's badge that will identify you and your destination on campus.  Please return the badge to the front office staff when exiting the building.

    3. You are only allowed to travel to the area indicated on your badge.  If you wish to visit another area of the campus, please return to the front office to have your badge destination changed.

    4. Students will only be released to an adult who is listed on their registration documents.

     

    Cuando visites nuestra escuela

    1. Todos los visitantes deben entrar y salir por las puertas delanteras. Los visitantes deben presentarse en la oficina principal para obtener su credencial de visitante.

    2. Los visitantes deben tener una licencia de conducir válida o un estado i.d. para visitar nuestro campus. Esté preparado para presentar su foto i.d. Se utilizará para producir una credencial de visitante instantánea que lo identificará a usted y su destino en el campus. Por favor devuelva la credencial al personal de la oficina al salir del edificio.

    3. Solo se le permite viajar al área indicada en su tarjeta de identificación. Si desea visitar otra área del campus, regrese a la oficina de recepción para cambiar su destino de credencial.

    4. Los estudiantes solo serán entregados a un adulto que figura en sus documentos de registro.
