Please remember, we need all parents/guardians to complete the returning student registration beginning July.  You will do this by logging in to the Home Access Center (HAC) and selecting Returning Student Registration. Please make sure your contact numbers, email address, and emergency contact information is correct. During the year we send important messages, newsletters, and flyers to your email and most importantly, we need a current phone number to contact you about your scholar.

    2023-2024 Immunization Documentation Requirements

In an effort to protect the health and wellness of all students, state law requires that all students attending school in Spring ISD, have up-to-date immunization certification or proof of medical or religious exemption.

If the school does not receive proper immunization documentation, your child will not be allowed to attend school.

It is the goal of Spring ISD to keep students healthy and in school. In order to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, it is vital that all students are fully immunized before entering school. Immunizations are the best defense against some of the most common and sometimes deadly infectious diseases. Please immediately contact your primary health provider to make an appointment for your child to receive the required immunization(s).

To find immunization locations near you, please visit the Harris Health System site or call

713-873-TOTS (713-873-8687). If you do not have health insurance or need a healthcare provider, please call 2-1-1 to access local community services such as healthcare, insurance and vaccines. If you have other questions or would like more information regarding this notice, please contact our school nurse, Nurse Clark.
