New Teacher Induction

The New Teacher Induction Academy is a three-year program designed to support new teachers. It includes ongoing learning sessions, online learning, induction boot camps, and a monthly New Teacher Update Newsletter, among other learning opportunities and activities. All new teachers in Spring ISD receive continuous and relevant professional development regarding the Spring ISD curriculum, student achievement and teacher expectations.

Spring ISD partners with various local universities to provide employees the opportunity to take courses at a discounted rate.
