Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation offers low-interest rate loans with down payment assistance for teachers, teacher’s aides, librarians, school counselors, school nurses, and any other ISD staff members. These are 30-year fixed-rate loans, with several options available to fit everyone’s needs.

The down payment assistance can be up to 5% of the loan amount and this is a gift that NEVER has to be repaid.
