Chief of Innovation & Student Success

Dr. Matt PariseauDr. Matt Pariseau serves as Chief of Innovation & Student Success, which focuses on innovation and specialty programs throughout the district. This role supports our status as a district of choice through exploration of grants and other funding sources for innovative programs that support future-ready graduates. Dr. Pariseau has served in various roles in Spring ISD since joining the district in 2013, including as an instructional coach, Special Education supervisor and director, as well as in his previous role as Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum & Workforce Development. Dr. Pariseau has led curriculum efforts to ensure equitable outcomes at every grade level and provided synergy in the training and development of staff members to support that mission. He also serves as an adjunct professor in Educational Leadership at Sam Houston State University. Dr. Pariseau earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Sam Houston State University, his Master of Education in School Counseling from Lamar University, and his Doctor of Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University.
