Good evening 7th Grade parents, guardians and students. Tomorrow is Field Day. Students may wear school appropriate t-shirts, shorts and shoes. Crocs, slides, slippers, backpacks, large purses and/or large bags are not allowed. Students may bring a change of clothes because some stations involve water.

Attention 7th Grade Parents, Guardians, and Students: The deadline to submit payment for the Game Time Field Trip has been extended to tomorrow, Friday, May 23, 2025. The $20.00 payment must be received by 1:00 PM and can be made in cash or online via RevTrak. Please note: Students must have good behavior and a permanent ID badge to attend the trip. Replacement badges are $5.00 and must be paid for by Tuesday, May 27, 2025.

Dear 7th Grade Parents, Guardians, and students. Reminder: Our Game Time Field Trip is Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Tomorrow (5/22/25) is the last day to pay $20.00. The payment is due by 3:00pm and can be paid with cash or on-line via Revtrak.

Dear Dueitt Middle School Families, This week marks an important milestone in our academic calendar as we begin STAAR Interim Testing, starting with ELAR. We want to ensure that every student is set up for success, so please take note of the following important reminders: 📌 Closed Campus – February 4th (7th/8th Grade Testing) & February 5th (6th Grade) Dueitt Middle School will be a closed campus on these days. No visitors or deliveries will be allowed. 📌 **100% Attendance & Punctuality** We need all students present and participating! Testing will begin promptly at 9:00 AM, so please make sure your child arrives at school on time. 📌 Daily Schedule & Student Preparedness - The school will follow the regular lunch schedule during testing. - Encourage your child to get a good night’s rest and eat a healthy breakfast before testing. 📌 TEA Device Agreement & Secure Testing This is a secure state test, and students will be required to sign the TEA Device Agreement. All electronic devices (including cell phones, smart watches, Bluetooth headphones, AirPods, and iPads will be collected by the test proctor. ⚠️ If a student is found with a device during testing: - The device will be confiscated. - Parents must pay $15 to retrieve it from the Spring ISD Police Department. - The student's test will be voided, and they will receive a failing grade per state and district policy. 📌 Testing Incentives – Day of Awesomeness! 🎉 Students who meet their growth goals will earn a ticket to attend the Day of Awesomeness on March 7, 2025! Our campus performance goals are: ✔️ 80% Approaches ✔️ 40% Meets ✔️ 20% Masters We encourage all students to give their best effort on this assessment, as it will guide teachers in preparing targeted STAAR review plans. 📌 Saturday School – February 8th 9:00AM-11:30AM To further support students, we will be hosting Saturday School for Math (Grades 6-8), Science (8th Grade), and Social Studies (8th Grade).
