• On Aug. 9, 2022, the Spring ISD Board of Trustees unanimously voted to place a $850 million bond measure on the Nov. 8 general election ballot, with three propositions that would include the rebuilding of Spring High School, construction of a districtwide education and performance facility, renovations for several campuses, updates to technology, and safety and security features for all campuses.       • Proposition A ($681 million)

        • Rebuild Spring High School
        • Refresh/design Westfield High School
        • Refresh/design Jenkins Elementary School
        • Refresh/design Reynolds Elementary School
        • Conduct various districtwide priority 1 maintenance projects
        • Purchase 25 regular education and 35 special education buses, 12 light and four heavy duty fleet vehicles, in addition to 19 police units
        • Improve district wide safety and security features

      Prop B

      • Proposition B ($141 million)

        • Build an education and performance center
          • The education and performance center will provide an indoor space to host UIL, STEM and CTE competitions and expos, conduct various arts and athletic events, and serve as home for districtwide events such as convocation and graduation ceremonies. The venue will also host various gatherings and provide a protected emergency unification site for Spring ISD families.

      Prop C

      • Proposition C ($28 million)

        • Address various districtwide technology needs
          • Improve instructional technology in schools, classrooms, and school theaters.
